About ELIXANCE
ELIXANCE is an innovative company specializing in the coloring and functionalization of thermoplastics and the formulation of eco-friendly materials. We develop tailor-made materials to meet the specific needs of our customers. As part of the digitization of our tools and optimization of our processes, we are looking for a part-time student to support the deployment, parameterization and coordination of our IT projects.
Your tasks:
Reporting to operational management, you will be the point of reference for the optimization of our ERP, working closely with internal teams and service providers.
Your main tasks will include :
Needs analysis and mapping:
- Meet with employees to understand their current ERP usage.
- Identify and formalize the specific needs of each department (production, sales, sales, accounting, etc.).
- Gather expectations in terms of functionality, ergonomics and performance.
Optimization and integration of solutions:
- Suggest improvements to optimize business processes via ERP.
- Parameterize and integrate new requirements within the software, in liaison with the editor and internal teams.
- Ensure the implementation of adjustments while respecting the initial scope.
- Plan and supervise test phases for new configurations.
Support and follow-up:
- Train users in new functionalities and write training materials to be integrated into the company’s documentation base.
- Act as the main contact for all ERP-related questions and reports.
Prepare and lead meetings to monitor project progress. - Report to management on developments and the impact of changes.
Profile required:
- You have a Master’s degree (Bac+4/Bac+5) in IT systems, project management or project management.
- You have initial experience or knowledge of using and optimizing an ERP (or other management tools).
- You are comfortable using office automation tools (Office suite) and have good analytical and summarizing skills.
- You are methodical, rigorous and have excellent interpersonal skills.
- You are autonomous, inquisitive and able to put forward proposals to solve practical problems.
